Pros

The garage was converted into an office, which I would love to have as a game room slash office. It did have a big kitchen, which is nice for us since the both of us like to cook. Another cool feature is that it seemed modern and had recessed lighting.

Cons

This home had no grass for Lilly, but we could uproot some stone and plant grass. It also did not have a garage.
